Deposit and Cancellation

Custom work typically requires a non-refundable deposit (usually 30-50% of the total cost) to commence work. This deposit covers our initial time investment in your project.

Refund Conditions for Custom Work

  • If you cancel before any work has begun (after paying the deposit), 70% of your deposit may be refunded
  • If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply based on the work completed
  • If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make reasonable revisions or may offer a partial refund

Online Workshops and Events

We offer live and recorded online workshops, webinars, and other digital events.

Cancellation by Customer

  • For live events, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made between 2-7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds but may receive credit toward future events at our discretion
